Returns are refunded minus shipping costs, unless the goods you received were faulty or damaged.
We must receive returned items in the same condition they were received by the customer. We cannot accept returned items that have been misused or damaged by the customer after receipt.
Until the items reach us they are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend the customer uses an insured delivery service.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case where the goods have arrived damaged or faulty. Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same account used to make the original purchase.
